THE PLAN
We want to walk you through the whole process... This is what it looks like:
1. Reserve your complimentary session by clicking the red button at the top of this page.
2. We will contact you to confirm that the date/time you selected is available, or to find the closest available time, if needed.
3. Show up and get your sweat on! This is an introductory session, and is designed to learn about your goals and capabilities. We will ask you some questions (ex. What brings you here? When was the last time you exercised? What is your experience level?) We will put you through a workout specific to your goals. This will allow us to adjust your exercise-form to ensure effectiveness!
4. This is where we discuss your weekly schedule. If you have a regular routine, then great! If you work crazy hours, that's also great! We'll make it work so you can accomplish what you came for.
5. Go home, stay and hangout, go to work, or go wherever you plan to be- and we'll see you next time! Ask any questions to your trainer in the meantime. You'll be able to directly contact your trainer whenever you'd like to.
