Our online-coaching clients use all of the experience, positivity, and motivation of Astro Gym's coaching in a way that is most conducive to their lives. This product, like our personal training, is for people who have been wanting to see a change in their fitness but haven't found the plan or way to start. Let us help you! Arguably more important than all of the technical fitness knowledge we've accumulated, we have become expert habit changers. We will help make change simple, safe, focused and fulfilling. If you find yourself generally lost, or just looking for a change of pace, we really encourage you to give Astro Gym's online coaching an opportunity.
We boast a few perks with our online coaching:
1) Path of Least Resistance: The secret to change- sustainable, real change- is to follow the path of least resistance. What are the easiest tweaks that will yield the largest results? We use this approach in our training. Chicken rice and broccoli for every meal makes you unhappy? Us too! You don't like waking up at 4am to start your workout? You don't have to! We do what actually works over the long-term. (and if you like chicken, rice, and broccoli for every meal, and 4am workouts, that's ok too. We don't mean any shade. Though we kind of don't believe you.)
2) 24/7 Communication: We really are at your finger-tips! Whenever you have a question, need clarification or motivation, talk to us. We are here and truly want to help.
3) Planning and Tracking: All of this sounds great, but does it really work? Though having goals is important, oftentimes focusing solely on them becomes counter-productive. These moments of prolonged goal-focus without movement towards them are some of the most discouraging. It feels like wasted time. What actually moves you to your goal is a) the process we will plan and b) the belief we will create. Put simply: the goal is the destination, the process is the vehicle, and belief is the fuel. Each meaning much less without the others. Now, going back to the original question, does it really work? Yes, because we will create and follow a process, represented by responsive metrics, to ensure that it does. These metrics will allow to you see that it's working, serving as the fuel of the vehicle to your destination.
