30-60 minutes, 2-3x a week. We use: Movements to build core strength, enhancing stability. Dumbbells, cable machines, etc. Never forcing weight you're not ready for. Hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts, and glute bridges. Strong glutes make everything easier. Simple cardio finishers that don’t feel like punishment. Your trainer is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is TRX certified — zero bro-science, just smart, evidence-based training that works for women like you.
