What a Session Looks Like

​30-60 minutes, 2-3x a week. We use:

  • Movements to build core strength, enhancing stability

  • Dumbbells, cable machines, etc. Never forcing weight you're not ready for

  • Hip thrusts, Romanian deadlifts, and glute bridges. Strong glutes make everything easier.

  • Simple cardio finishers that don’t feel like punishment

Your trainer is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and is TRX certified — zero bro-science, just smart, evidence-based training that works for women like you.

We're at 1357 Ridge Ave, conveniently 10 minutes by car from 19121. We’re already on most Brewerytown women’s daily route. If you live between 25th–31st and Girard to Master, you can bike here in 10-15 minutes. 

Do I need to be fit to start?

No, Astro Gym trains women who are total beginners and women who have, or are ready, to lift heavy. We're ready for your fitness goals
